What if Columbus had grown potatoes
And Scott had been easily led?

What if Van Gogh had never tried

And Monet had never painted?
What if Picasso had followed the rules
And Rembrandt had not created?

What if Spielberg had been a tailor
And Hitchcock had sold ice cream?
What if you had never dared
To live your own sweet dream
